Any Hambers in the New Port Richey, FL area? 29 Chevy

Hey guys, have a 29 Chevy 3 window coupe that was a driver,has a few issues to get her going again, looking for some tech advise or if there's a local group that gets together to help on each others cars.

What kind of problems?

 

Fuel system issues, quit running, filter clogged, carb full of trash, so I think tank needs to be pulled and flushed, carb rebuild. 305 edelbrock carb. Some electrical issues etc. Would like to have an experienced rodder to take a look at the car and give me some advice on what needs to be done to make it road worthy again.

 

So no one near New Port Richey? Pulled carb full of rust from tank, rebuilt carb , new fuel pump, just finished pulling tank, flushed it out and a lot of good size flakes, so should I take it to a radiator shop and how long will the sealer last?
