Hello my busted knuckle friends. This isn't my first rodeo with hot rods but my first time in 12 years. Just retired and wanted to get me a special hot rod to work on. I've attached a couple of pics. I have had her (Nadine) for almost 6 months and she is within 2 weeks of a complete makeover. Really fun car to drive, very peppy street car. I would say she would be better than a 3 but short of a 2.
QUESTION?? I want to put some sort of Ford ornament or cover on the crank hole and can't find an appropriate piece that fits. Any ideas out there?
    Thanks, Joe

Hey- A 1935 Ford sedan radiator shell emblem may work. It has a curve in it and a spring clip that just might work for you.

Thanks...I'll give it a look. Something like that is what I'm looking for.

Looked there already, could be I'm looking at the wrong item. Don't see one for a 38 or 39 ford but do see one for a 40. Could you give me the item # you're referring to? Thanks for taking the time! Joe

Thanks for the welcome. Have been reading about some large and small issues from other rodders. Help/advice seems to come often and sometimes with a funny twist. Good forum.
