In three areas I need to replace sections of the outer lip. Here's a few shots of the metal welded in place. Once the welds were ground I needed to trim, I used masking tape as apposed to a marker to provide a line. I cut this slightly larger than finished length with the cut off wheel and will finish with a file.
Working on the firewall this past weekend . Here's the inside mount for the a/c system and the control panel.
Terry That's quite a haul, some 24 hrs or so>>>>> but free beer now..... Not sure it'll be done by then. Looking to make Nationals ... that's my goal!
Mike,, Isn't it funny how Once you get a 32 five window You can never be happy with just one?......LOL
Cowtown I know what you mean.. It's like having one dog, you figure it get's lonely so you get another to keep it company
I know you dont need it yet, but you will. The filler panel between the trunk floor and the panel below the decklid. I have a repo one. I also have some rocker panels, but it looks like your subrails have them already.
Oh that 1 won't even be a challange ... why don't I drop by & take it off your hands? Good luck with that one too. I know you'll do it justice.
Looks a little better than what you started with last time! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Pulled the body off the frame Saturday and began the process of making the exhaust system ... I am running cats to get rid of some of the smell... trying to make the wife happy!
Yeah, you need to run off the cats. One got locked in my Dad's back garage once and really stunk up the place.
