Flathead stuck help!

As of right this second....i just got a puff of black smoke!!!! Its almost alive!!!

P.S. Believe we got it from a customer on a build where he didn't need it anymore! I actually have the bell here with it, also for the dyno!

More to come tommorow...no water hooked up yet...just a quick 60 seconds...oil pressure pegged at 60...so far so good...

Could be you have an early flywheel on that 8ba. They are different.
