Greetings from Ontario! This is my first post on the forum about my new project, a 1930 Pontiac five window coupe. I love hot rods and bikes. I have a few old Harleys and a bunch of project cars, a '67 Olds 88 is my daily driver.

I need to go get a new grinder and some discs tomorrow. Anyway here are my pics.

    A few things I need if anybody can give me some advice on where to get them;

    - front and back leaf springs
    - hangers
    - rear drum and mounting plates

My grinder is too big to fit inside the frame where I have to weld, this is why I am getting a new one.

I will get pics of the body tomorrow.

    Thanks,

    Hardtail

Nice project. Not too many Pontiac coupes out there.
I'd consider a 389 tri power. I also saw an OHC6 here great looking cleaned up n painted. It would also help if you could say how your going to use it.

Hi bostonhemi. Thanks for the comment. It will be a daily driver for me in the summer. I have a 350 with a power glide transmission that I plan on putting in it. I also have the original motor.

It seems to be tough to find parts but perhaps I just don't know where to look.

    Thanks,

    Hardtail

That rear looks like it came out of a homemade tractor because of the pinion gears on it.

Hey, I sent you an email. I have all those parts you need, we just have to deal with a "bit" of a snow issue to get at them.
Gimme a shout....a little bottle of JD sounds about right. We'll need it to warm up after digging them out.

Reggie thanks pal talk to you soon.

No fenders just the body, I have a design in mind for the inside, going to hand carve everything.

50's on the back 60's on the front, baby moons on both. White walls maybe.
