Looks great! Beautiful Model A, I love the color and the chop is awesome. It's best to start with the nicest body you can find/afford. Fixing rust, buying patch panels, and completing the bodywork is more expensive than just paying the money upfront for a nice body. You did it right!!
This thing will get a flathead, some cooler wheels and tires, and a drop axle. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Always like seeing the good work, but after being around my 71+ years on earth an building, helping on ,riding in,and owning a lot of hotrods,I formed my idea of too much chop for a "A"=5in. max, anything passed that and things may look great to you out side but totaly suck inside as a driver, but if your a elf its fine. Actuly had to help Steve partly unchop by 2in. a "A" sedan he got that was over done,we ended up at 4in. for him[[he's 6ft.] and still had to build a custom seat.
Yes!!!!!! The first " its to much chop" post... you have arrived woody! You have officially stepped into the its a hot rod club and out of the nice restored car clud! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

Weeeellllll the second guessing and questioning started about the time the fenders rattled off. I'll save the pieces! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
In all my miles of driving a heavy chopped coupe on this earth (over 35,000 miles in a daily driver), I have personally dispelled the myth that more than a 5 inch chop is uncomfortable and you can't see out. If that's the case, you didn't build it right. Seat location is key. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Be prepared for unwarranted attacks from the Restorers of America!I posted a question on Fordbarn a couple of years ago about channeling a coupe, and thought they were gonna come burn me out! Your coupe looks super; I pansied out and only took 3" out of mine(but I do have alot of cut-off discs, and it is snowing, hmmmm. )Good luck- looks the Balls. Mike from Mass.
