    The roof is stock '51 Victoria, which is what the car was to begin with. The remainder of the body has been retro-detailed to look like a '50 (before they made the Victoria).

    when you put in the 350 did you put headers if so whats a good type to avoid the steering box and crossmember?

    This car shows up in coverages of the Portland roadster show:

    I think the car is amazing because (1) nobody builds a serious custom from a shoebox Fordor, (2) hardly anyone uses Buick side trim any more, and (3) nobody EVER did both on the same car! I'd really like to see more of it; anybody else shoot any other angles?

    edit: plus -- (4) It appears to be a really good looking car!

    my 50 chopped convertible project.. almost finished with the dash... used 2 to make 1 so I could add a/c vents and all my controls
