Hello fellow HAMBers, I am not exactly new to the H.A.M.B., I have been on here for the last 4-5 yrs. but this is my first intro post, I have been around hot rods since I was about 9yrs old. I first helped my Dad build a 1935 Ford 2dr slantback sedan when I was about 11, we pulled the car from a junkyard in Trinidad CO. back in the mid 70's. So now I am or shall I say have been actively looking for my own project to build with my 14yr old son and to be totally honest I am not sure what I want to build all I know is that it has to be able to accommodate at least three people. Since I have been a member of the H.A.M.B. I have read a lot of post of my fellow members and I have learned a lot of new techniques(who sez old dogs can't learn new tricks) and a lot of valuable information. I look forward to meeting an making a lot of new friends and hopefully I will find my project. Thanks for letting this old dog find a home here at the H.A.M.B.. ~CO_Rodlvr (a.k.a. Jeff)
Welcome from SW Nebraska. Good intro. Keep us updated as to whatever project you find. And then the same for progress with words and photos. Enjoy every minute with your son.
Look, another ColoRODo guy...old dogs can learn plenty of trix...it's just doing them that's the problem... Welcome from Aurora anyway... R-
Welcome from Lakewood. You might want to attend the Golden Cruise on the first saturday of the month [ April thru October?] . Should give you some inspiration.
