Projects What is this?

I very very rarely get stumped but what is this excatly?

 

34 Plymouth coupe, I think it has a PB designation. Here are some hoods off one that I had.

 

Well see that is what I was thinking but the grill just looked really strange to me....maybe its because the headlights and the bumber are off the car but I thought it had a really different sweep to it, then the hood ornement also threw me off, and I thought all the moaprs in 33 and 34 had dual cowel vents..Jim

 

Aren't the cowl vents hidden by the hood?...
