I have been through all the threads with T-buckets and I have a lot of pics saved up. I'm needing more though. There is a certain "low slung" look I'm looking for that I can't seem to find. I'm starting my new project soon and I'm trying to get all the ideas I can before I start. This will be a blower car so I'm building as stong sturdy as possible while maintaining a sleek look. Help if you can. Thanks, monkey
I am sure that you have been here, but just in case.... http://www.tbucket.com/ See you next weekend!! hc
Who owns this? It's a great lookin ride. I have several pics of this car and it's one of my favorite I've found. monkey
Still tryin to be like me, Huh Monkey?! Project sounds cool, Whats that blower goin on? Can you say Race? Ed
Guys name is Rob. He's in the Draggins Car Club outta Detroit. This car is pretty much responsible for me building my car. Built originally by Dan Collins out in Cali. Really cool car. There are a couple more pics on the Draggins website.
Take a look at these from the Pileup... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=74233&page=3&pp=20&highlight=unruh
my oil pan is 2" off the ground and steerig box is 4" ....be carful not to build it too low or you will be stranded....when you hit somthing...phil
The blower's going on the roadster Mr. Boom Boom! We did look cool cruzin into Austin this year! Thanks for all the link's and pics guys! This is helping me out a ton. I might need to get a hold of Ron and ask some questions. Is he on the HAMB? monkey
Thanks, I really don't like that puffy looking interior that you see on most of these things so I'm trying out some other options. What do ya think?
Monkey Its currently owed by a man in detroit area i beleve he is in the Dragins C.C the car came from Cali. it was on Mtv back around 1995 and i'm sure Dan Collins Built it I know that the body is an early fiberglass job around the late 70's early 80's. one of the best looking t's on the planet
THE BROWN ONE SURE IS COOL.................BUT I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THERE ARE SMOOTH ENOUGH ROADS TO DRIVE IT ON. ON A QUIET NIGHT YOU CAN HEAR AN OLD FORD RUST
This is one I started but sold to finance another project. It is an old 29' roadster modified on a total t chassis.
Maybe you can get some good ideas here. I built this back in the late 60's and a fresh re-built it in 2001 for the T-Bucket Nationals in Omaha. Check this out: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/[email protected]/album?.dir=a969&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//photos.sbc.yahoo.com/ph//my_photos
