Here is my 50 F-1. I just got it a few months ago and want to do a few things to make it look more like an old-school rod.

Lotsa possibilities there. Does it have a Dana 60 out back? 352 motor?

 

It's got the Dana 60, but has a 300 6cyl and 4 speed. It runs and drives great, think for now I'm just going to find a bed and drive it.

Here is a pic of mine before winter tear down just rebuilt the 330 ci diesel motor , now on with cab repairs, replacing rotten sections with new steel and lead loading joint repairs

 

Not sure yet. I will leave it in stock form for a while. I spent a few days reviving it from it's 25 year slumber and put it back on the road.

 

My 54 GMC after mockup . Is now back apart for body work 55 Buick dash ,283 700r4 on s10 frame.

Are you running early Dodge headlights?

 

I'm not sure what they are, actually. Here's a pic. Found them at a swap meet after I lost one of my big Caddie lights on the way there!

Let me know what you think they are.

 

They are very similar to what is on my 23 Buick... how big around are they?

 

I didn't measure, but I'd guess about 8-inches in diameter.
