Need help installing windows-- 57 Chevy

We have had issues installing door windows in my dads 57 Chevy 4dr hardtop. We are not sure if there is pieces missing or if we are installing them wrong. The window won't go up properly or seem like everything isn't right. Unfortunately, window were out of the car when we bought it so we don't know how they originally were installed. If anyone has diagrams or pictures of proper install or any kind of help would be appreciated

Make sure you don't have the left and right regulators reversed
