Thanks. I think once we get a taller tire one the front it will be right where I want it.

Looks good!! Like the LS1 in there. Was it hard wiring it up?

Thanks again for the positive comments.

We bought a harness for this one, but I have modified two other factory ls1 harnesses for swaps. There is so much information out there it's really not that difficult.

Again thanks for the kind words. It's good to hear anything I may have posted helped with future builds.

We gave up trying to get the hood aligned with the factory hinges and ordered a front tilt kit.

I will post some video once that is worked out

The truck now has around one thousand miles on it and all is well. The hood flip kit really made the front metal alignment much easier than without. I replaced the rod shift linkage with a cable which works much better with the limeworks setup. We are going to extend the rear section of the exhaust to get rid of some drone at low RPM.

The older I get the more appreciation I have for being able to spend time on stuff like this with my Dad. We have been working on a chevy task force truck here lately and I should have a thread up once we get to the exciting stuff. It's just been rust repair and cleanup to this point.

It's been getting used daily by my brother in law near ft worth with my sisters car is getting repaired after an accident. Be sure to say hi if you see him.
