Just found this thread. Love the truck and how you're building it. I can relate to the challenges as I faced many similar when I static dropped my full size (off topic) blazer. Keep plugging and posting and I'll keep reading!

    Lol thanks man.

It would be nice to start with a solid no rust truck but that's not the case here so more rust repair this is where the seat mounts in the rear.

This is neat - I just picked one of these up myself yesterday. Not sure what I'm going to do with it just yet, but its in damn good shape. SWB with a 292. I will most definitely be installing a Mustang II susp up front eventually.

    what backspacing on those 8s?

i sat the explorer rear under my uni last week but didn't get it buttoned up due to not having u bolts that would work here at the house. think i got that taken care of and it should be fully in tomorrow and the jag front tacked in for approval to hopefully.

    I'm thinking 15x6 front and 15x8 rear(supremes)...ken....

4 in back space but I have 1in adapters front and back on this truck.

Even though its 5 on 4 1/2 front and back now both front and back has 1 in adapters to turn them back in to 5 on 5 1/2 lol.It allso helps it not have the wheels sucked in look.

They are 7 in the front and 8 in the rear both 4 in back space.
