Hey, that's my 56 Niagara wagon the day I saved it from the crusher, it has no rust!

I've seen a lot of the 49 Meteor grill surrounds and hoods and 51 Meteor grills used in American customs from the 50's and 60's, often just called "custom grills" as if they were fabbed up special.

Sweet collection, I might have to bug you for some 56 Meteor parts for my 2 wagons (I have a Rideau and a Niagara) Do you have any 59 Ford or Meteor parts? I need some trim and would love to find rear fender skins for my 59 Meteor 2 door wagon.

Chevy. You can see the "Fleetline" script on the trunk. Pontiac would have the broad strip of chrome from bumper to bumper down the middle of the hood, top and trunk.

The stainless strips on the fenders are highly sought.

Absolutely! We can tour the yard...I know we do have various 59 odds and ends, and two 59 4-doors.Theres stuff at the farm we forget we have until someone stumbles across it. The spring is usually the best time to visit...unless you don't mind the hot summer rattlesnakes :)

Maybe in the spring or early summer if I get the front end rebuilt in my 61 Monarch I could tour down as a shake down!

    I'm just near Edmonton, so it's only a 6 hour jaunt! ;)

Heres something I found along an old historic highway trail. Once open in the early 1900 and decommissioned in the 30s. I guess theres all kinds of old cars that are just wiped out all over the sides of this old highway. Open only to hikers and bicyclists.

These were found around an old abandoned town, like a ghost town.

wow after catching up on this thread (like the last 200 pages) it amazes me how well you guys can identify a rusted out hulk with next to no identifiable characteristics left on it. you guys are better car guys than me i guess lol

^ Yeah, I really wanted that... Lots of good metal on that thing... damn. I have a '38 Chevy half ton, and Id love to have that as a donor truck is nothing else, but it still looks quite complete. With a new roof, that would be a great candidate right there.

Trevor, I PM'ed you with his contact info, so you should be good to go. :)
