The first day I brought my latest coupe home. Cool story a Great grampa bought it new drove it into the 50's where his son hot rodded it then in to the 70's the sons son took over the car around Freeport Indiana. The car worked thru a couple dreamers until they found out how much work/cost was involved. Then I bought and I am slowly bringing it back. Anyone remember this car any pics or stories?? Thanks Jeff

P/s the car was painted several times Black,White,Yellow,Green,Black,Red,Blue thru the years.

I'm in the process of building something like that badboy. Not chop, full channel, molded rear fenders. Good stuff!

And there are the cycle fenders. Was that car ever black with flames or scallops? I see you had responded on the other deuce thread. There are so many things on this car that are the same as one I had seen in the late '70's. The small block/4 speed, the shifter/e-brake set up. the bumpers, and it looks like there have been several different steering boxes mounted to the LF frame rail. If it is the same car I had seen, it had what looked like an early '60's Chevy truck brake/clutch master, white interior. Some of that car looks identical to what I remember(but that was a long ways back).
