I live in south Florida, and am slowly putting together my '54 Ford. For the most part I'm a hermit, work and home only. I've really enjoyed browsing the HAMB and have learned a lot from everyone on here. What are some events, get togethers that go on that I might be able to meet some of y'all? There's a new show that's 3 years old in Ocala Fla. The show has grown each year in size, and is well worth the trip. Show is called Ocala Pumpkin Run. Dates of the show are Oct. 25,26,27 @ Castro Farms Ocala Fla. Info. at. ocalapumpkinrun.com

October 20th In Lakeland are the BILLETPROOF Drags, a must go along with the BILLETPROOF show in Ocala at Big Daddy Don Garlits place. If you havn't been to either and you like this site I highly reccomend

Billetproof Drags this Sunday in Lakeland... Party at Cappy's Pizza on Florida in Tampa afterwards...
There's a week long rod run the first week in November called Cruising the Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach. Similar to Cruising the Coast but not nearly as good. Cruising along the beach and activities at night at various restaurants and hotels.
