Only shot I have of the shirt, but it matches the car; had it made at the Pomona swap meet in '82 or '83 (cost me 25 bucks but I don't remember the artist's name - bet it's the only '62 Imperial he ever airbrushed...).

  15. Today I took all my car shirts, including my HAMB shirts to the Good Will. My wife was very happy. "Aren't you kind of old to only be wearing t-shirts with car themes on them?"

Course now I have room for more car t-shirts =) She will not be too happy when the small packages start arriving in the mail box.

Two that are long gone: T-shirt from Shaver's Engines:"Shaver Pussy" (picture of a gal 'broom-riding' a safety razor) &, my favorite from 35 years ago at the Pleasanton Swap: "If it's got TITS or TIRES you're gonna have TROUBLE!" I'm kinda surprised that last one didn't show-up WAY earlier in the thread!!!

  19. John Force signed this in Sonoma last month. I asked him if he read what he was signing and he said "I don't care".

Guess not, it had just been announced Ford was getting out of the drags at the end of '14.

  22. Some of my old shirts that I like that wore out so I used them to make seat covers for the chairs in my garage.

  24. What's a good way to display a t shirt for the art on it?

  25. You could use a shadow box for displaying T shirts.

That's my old jacket, complete with traditional moth holes, that I sold a few years ago.

I was very happy to get over $1,000 AUD at the time, as the exchange rate worked in my favor. :D
