Howdy from northern BC. I'm building a 57 chevy pickup to replace the one I stupidly sold. If I even mention getting rid of this one someone kick me right in the ass! here's a pic of the new victim, should be able to get to work on it soon FatBob
Hey Bob, Looks like a real long winter in those parts, hope that white stuff melts soon! Send some down to Alabama, we can use it this time of year. Good luck with the 57..
Here's some better pics Actually the snow is gone now, but the block cracked over the winter ( I know, I know) so I got her parked in the shed right now.
Welcome I am originally from Comox, BS. What is your last name I know a Hot Roddin' Bob down your parts. Wouldn't be Jarmson would it?
Sorry. it's not Jarmson but I do know where Comox is.I'm about 500 miles north of there on the mainland. How did you get all the way over there? There's quite a few Bob's in the hot rod scene around here.
Hi FatBob...or FatBoab as we say here! I'm a fan of the TF series trucks. Glad to see the snow finally went! Bummer about the block though.
Where does the time go? So I've been lurking here now and then but the truck build was kind of stalled. Back on it again now here's a couple pics Welded a 65 Pontiac Tempest clip to the front, all new wear parts. The engine is a smal journal 327 with a WHY-AND dual quad and a pair of Carters.
Welcome to the HAMB! Since engine is shot, maybe a Pontiac and hydro like the GMC's of those years? And you'll have more beans for your snow plow!
