I didn't take all of these. I stole the chip out of Carp's camera before he got on the plane to Oz. http://www.highway99hotrods.com/Events/Bonneville13/index.htm
wow, thanks for posting these. i throught this year mite be it, but it didnt happen.hopefully i will get there next year.
A pic of our sidecar is there. Primer with red tail. 209.033 on last run I went there for the first time as a crewmember. Didn't get to see all the cars. Thanks for the pics.
Good seeing you and Carps, tried to find you Sunday before we left but so many places you could hide. See you at the GNRS. Mick
Did anyone see the 7800 A/BFS Flashpoint 'liner out there? Apparently not. I think Bob was second fastest with a 382.698 MPH exit speed. But no love from the photographers.
SCTA really got their shit together for the racers the last couple of years. This year there were virtually no lines for any of the courses. Four or five years ago racers had to wait in staging lanes for hours and hours to get one run. This made for easy pickin's for photographers to shoot lots of race cars. Now they're harder to shoot because they're always moving.
Excellent photos. THANK YOU THANK YOU. Brings back memories from 2008 & 2009 when we were there. Planning on being there in 2014.
That's one way to save us having to see his bearded mug! Some great pics in there. Thanks Don, oh and you too Carps.
Thanks your friend for the outstanding photos and to you for taking the time to post. Adds more reason why I have got to make the trip (like I needed more of a push).
I figured you saw me coming, thought I could find all the places you might be able to hide but clearly I missed one. Now you'll just have to wait until next year for you surprise, unless I figure out where the post office is.
