    Yes it is Mr. Navarro's 3-71. That pic is from "Rod n Custom Feb 2010". The push car is using the SCOT. I'm a big fan of those opposing 97's. Tom Beatty and Tom Cobbs did it as well. There's a great write up about Mr. Cobbs here on the HAMB. I believe they all knew each other and I think Beatty even worked at Navarro's shop for a bit. Read all 3 parts. Great Stuff! I hope to have a similar set up running one day.
