Projects Purple Primer

    Where can I find a purple tinted primer that doesnt cost as much as the paint? Here the closest is Las Vegas 2 hrs away.....Any help would be great!:)

    Any paint jobber worth their salt should be able to tint some primer for you (or at least sell you what you need to tint it yourself).

    Don't know why you would want it, but the easter egg I am re-doing was painted all over, and I mean all over with purple primer. Must have been what he was going to paint the car when he got done with the build. he never finished and now it is gone but he did tell me that the PPG paint supplier for the GM dealership he worked for mixed it. I will have to say, it was a durable primer. This pic was taken when I got it home and there wasn't a chip or faded spot on it or in it.

    coupe looked good to me. Purple primer it is then!
