Trying to find a 15" or so diameter steering wheel for my '52 Chevrolet 5 window pickup. Done a lot of looking; no luck yet. Suggestions?
Are you looking for something factory looking, or aftermarket. There's a lot of aftermarket wheels that will fill the bill, and fit with the proper adapter.
They make a reduced diameter '59 Impala wheel that looks great in many GM cars (especially Chevys). I bought one for the '48 F1 I was building but since selling the project I'm planing on using it in my '64 El Camino. There are dozens of after market wheels available. Search the internet, reference the magazines and pick your poison. Frank
speedway sells a flat (no dish) aluminium wheel in 15 & 13 inch. its all alumn. but looks good with a wheel cover on it
One of the classic truck magazines did an article about shrinking your original steering wheel. I think it was printed last year. at this time I'm not sure of the magazine or when it was printed. Good luck. Mark
