Your not alone Geezer. We are all here to listen and are here for you. and may God Bless your Mother and Family -Andy
Your mom was there for you and you were there for her - soo many adult children live with guilt of not being there for the parent who raised/loved them as they grow old. Your love and loss expressed here should make you proud. You were there for her when it really counted.
Sorry for your inevitable loss;may she now rest in painless peace. Remember, you still have your memories to cherish. Davo.
I am sorry to hear this, my condolences to you and your family. It may not seem so but talking this out will help you to deal with the grief you feel, bottling your feelings up is not good. Stay strong and remember the good times your Mother enjoyed in her life.
Deepest sympathies to you and your family for your loss. I will remember you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
So sorry for your loss. I lost my Mom back in '06--she was 87. Hardly a day goes by I don't think of her. Our Lord provides strength in times like this---lean on Him.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Doc. Losing your Mom is a tough one. I'm sorry she suffered so long- she's better now. Remember the good times and lessons she taught you. 91 years is a pretty good run. David
Sorry for your loss. I lost my mom in March of last year, 3 weeks shy of her 93rd birthday. Take comfort in the knowledge that one day you will be reunited...
Thoughts are with you, GeezersP15. I lost my Mom a few years ago at 52, and my Dad this year at 56. Both to cancer. I definitely know how it feels, it gets a little easier everyday. I know I dont know you, but if you need anything let me know, or let a loved one know. It helps more than you'd think.
So sorry for your loss, know that she had you and your sister at her side as she slipped away. Imagine the comfort that brought to her. Cherish the whole life of memories that you have with her
Sorry for your loss Geezer, I'm just guessing but I'll bet you and your Plymouth put a smile on her face. Praying for renewed strength for you and your family.
Prayers to you. Mom is 89 and I fear someday I will go over and find her slumped over in her recliner with her knitting on her lap.
