I took a break from the show to head into the VFW where the show was held. This ham &amp; cheese omelet came with hash browns &amp; biscuits &amp; gravy for $5. I was full.<br />

Quite often especially in show settings I used an angled composition to fill the frame with more of the intended subject and less of the other cars/people around it. Most of the time (when it's pleasing to my eye) some aspect of the image are aligned with the horizontal or vertical edge of the image.

In the end if you don't like them, you don't have to view them. As of this morning we're sitting at just under 8.5 million views in the last 34 months and 16 magazine articles, before I adopted this style it was 1 million in 2 years and 0 publishing.

The numbers aren't everything for sure, but when I hear from people repeatedly that I have shot the "best photos that I've ever seen" of their ride that they owned/showed for 40 years, I feel like I'm doing something right.

 

I'm not always a huge fan of fat fenderd fords but the 47 or 48 is pretty nice!!

 

Must be the same guy that "Bitched" at you for not taking pics of his "Rat Rod"

 

Come on Travis! Why are you such a lousy photographer?! Gotta get your act together man haha.

 

Those darn artsy, fartsy, photographers! I disliked them so much that I had to order 3 large prints of my coupe for closer inspection! ;-)

Spent some time on Rt. 66 on the way to Dewey, OK

It was cool to see this one back in town again. Originally, I believe it was built by Dave Julian, here in Springfield. He sold it to George Poteet and it changed hands a time or two again, and was traded to the current owner. Was black suede when Dave and George owned it.
