This build is good inspiration for my next 32 coupe build. It too will be y-block powdered. I will be knew to y-blocks so i may ask for engine building advice along the way.

  16. Took a little ride with Mr. Skipper today to Marty's to see how the Model A body is coming along. Still looks the same as the last time I saw it but he assures me the primer is coming on Monday. It was a joy to ride in the "Royal Victoria", everything feels solid in that car and you just feel "Cool" being in it. :D

When I got back home I pulled the chassis out and decided it was time to put a little "time" on it. ;)

what wheels are you using? some pictures I see wide five wheels, in other pictures its small five. I have a set have a set of wide five wheels, drums and backing plates that I am thinking of using for a Model A. You car is looking awesome !

  29. Thanks! I'm really happy with how it's turning out.
Wide fives up front and '40 style 5x5 1/2 in the back. The rears are from Wheel Vintique 16x8. Still trying to figure the best hub cap for the rear to match the front but what you see in the latest photos is how it will run. Hope to be driving this before Speed Week although with building a new engine for the Uni time is limited.

Thanks! I was guessing around 108* lobe separation by the lope, what rockers are you running?
Had to watch the video again, man that Y-block has a huge grin factor! Tried to look up MP-34 but just got some kind of gun. I any event, I think your car is gonna be a blast to drive. Looking forward to the progress.
