This may have been asked before but I can't find anything using the search function. I could use some suggestions on where to mount my shocks on my Pick-up. As you can see I installed a Jag IRS in the truck but I am not sure how I should locate the shock mounting holes. I marked the shock location on the cross member. These marks are the same as would be if the rear end was in the cage. I know I can do a trial and error thing but I was hoping to have a better place to start then that. Do I need to compress the shocks? or do I need to jack the truck up and set the half shafts at a certain angle? Right now the truck is sitting at it's ride height. Any suggestions would be great. If not I guess I will play the guessing game.
