Been following along for awhile now and it just gets better and better. The colour looks great. Since you masked the frame I guess you're going red body and fenders and a black frame?

Now *THAT* ^^^^ is a pucker moment right there...

 

The grille is a long story. I had an original grille, but had been reworked and many of the bars had been changed. The remaining bars were not in good shape, so I decided to purchase another grille. Found a nice one on ebay, and work started on this one. There was some rust and traces of paint, but sandblasting would have left a porous surface. So we decided to put in a bath of Evapo Rust, and after a day the grille came out looking new. Here are some pics of before and after

mounting the leaf spring to the wishbones...a bronze bushing ahs bene created, with a threaded shaft with a grease fitting....

 

Just an incredible job of saving this car.....it's hard to look at these pics without saying wow over and over again.....
