Nice work man. Great to see a old sludge bucket come back to life.

  20. Once you get finished, I'll send my Rocket down. Should be a snap for you now that everything is fresh in your memory still. :D

  21. Ah, made my day; another old Kettering comes back to life.........
(Nicely dressed, too. Gotta find one of those finned valley covers to complete mine)

  22. Actually I wouldn't mind doing that. Just send a big check with it! ;)

Thanks 36 ROKIT, looked at your profile. That's a great looking engine you got there. And the '40 is nice too!

  23. You mean one of those big six foot ones that they give to charities and golfers, right?

  24. Haha! yeah, that would work!
Well, I really enjoyed doing the work, so there will be another one coming up in the not too distant future. It won't be as full blown as this one though. Can't afford that! :D

  25. Seeing this really makes me want to start on my 371.

  27. Thanks guys!

Thanks to a fellow HAMBer, I got a new fuel pump. Factory refurbished.
So today I was able to fine tune the engine a little bit...
