Went to an estate sale and bought a box full of very early Teens/Twenties headlights, and driving lights. This little jewel has a badge that says The Owl Lamp Co. S.F. Cal on it. The only reference I could find is that it might have been mounted from the Motometer/Radiator cap on 1920's cars as an accessory. It can be adjusted up and down and from left to right...it looks almost NOS. The bulb looks like a bee hive shape (G.E.). Looking for history...?
