Radir Cheater Slick Question

On the Radir site, it says that "The 7" tires come with the checkered flag tread, and the 8" & 10" do not." (Taken from website)
But what is the checkered flag tread? I was hoping that one of you can help. I e-mailed them and the never responded. That was over a month ago. And know its to the point where I really need the tires soon. So yea Any of you guys know?

Mine are around 5 or 6 years old they are different looking then the ones above. 1 no writing on thread 2 side wall looks different.Darell

Here is an old ad I don't know how much they are now.

 

I'm running a set of those on my Comet, they look like the ones that fordcpe posted. The picture that 117harv posted is an ancient Marsh slick, they are fairly similar to the Radirs.

 

Give me the plain ones any day, the flags just don't do it for me.

 

Prices must be top secret, I don't see them online on the sites I checked.

 

I thought the same thing the first time I saw them but they dont look bad at all on a full fender car.

 

Those flags are a little too much for me. I like the old school look. Ken
