I have a Edelbrock 1806 with a single-feed fuel line and banjo fitting.

I need a couple of replacement washers for the banjo fitting and they don't seem to be available without buying the fitting. I don't want to take the one I have off to measure it, but I think it's about 3/8" ID.

Can anyone tell me where I might pick up a couple, and what size?

  2. i think it is bigger than 3/8" ID , and i also think they are available from Mr Gasket ...i could be wrong? if i was at work i'd check the catalog for you

The nut is 3/4" and the washer is very narrow from OD to ID, so I think you're right about it being bigger than 3/8". The tech rep at Summit suggested I try the hardware store for 3/8" so I never gave it a thought. I'll see if Mr. Gasket has an online catalog.

    Appreciate you.

Check with NAPA. They have the copper washers for the hose-fittings on a disc brake caliper. I believe they have an illustrated catalog page that will give the dimensions.

If there's one in your area, might try an Allis Chalmers (AGCO) dealer.
Certain Roosa-Master inj pumps used this style of washer on the banjo fittings; and IIRC, they're 3/8 i.d.

    UPDATE

I called the Edelbrock tech line and was told those washers are hard to find, but the tech said he'd send me a couple. If it happens that will be great customer service.

    Thanks for all the input.

Most harbor freight junk is just that, but they do sell a washer assortment that work okay and are really cheap. Under $10.
