chopped F-1 pickup windshield rubber?

    I'm about to chop my F-1 ,just wondering if you guys have any ideas on which rubber seal works best. Any help appreciated. Pics would be awesome!:) PB

    Stock gasket. Plus a new razor blade. Use plenty of care and take your time.

    I used all stock gaskets when I did mine. As stated before have a sharp razor blade ready and take your time.

    You just cut the stock rubber to fit the new windshield and super-glue it back together.

    Would the best plan be to cut it a bit long and force into place to account for any shrinking that may occur?

    Or cut a bit short, glue together and stretch?

    I would think it makes the most sense to put the seam at the bottom?

  9. My glass guy did a "flush fit" I'm really happy with it. $200 installed including glass.
