I'm about to swap a small block chevy for my six banger. It kind of feels dirty to put the small block in a car since it's so over done, but if it was only a little newer it would have had one.
Might just be a flathead next. I'm planning the next car right now.

When I got my engine running 1 1/2 years ago, it only hit on 4 cylinders. And it's still sitting in that condition in the donor car. I haven't really done anything else but pile up parts for the rest of the frame and body. So i can't really say it's IN my hot rod. But i went ahead and voted anyway to artificially drive up those Ford 385 series numbers.

P.S. it would have been nice if they were in alphabetical order, but it was a good idea for an interesting poll anyway.

Yeah, if could've deleted the one's i screwed up on i would've. But guys kept posting pictures and stuff on the one thread. And i can see a few choices i definitely would leave out like the Studebaker and International 8v and put in stuff like the Packard v8 and Chrysler flathead 6 because a few more guys seem too have those.
