'36 with late 4 speed top loader emergency brake lever?

Any ideas on what to use for emergency brake lever with a 4 speed top loader in a '36? I see that the stock handle can be used but requires some welding, was wondering if there was a simple bolt in option.

 

I think I've seen a mag article about mounting a universal e-brake on the left of the drivers seat.Maybe Lokar?

 

Would like to keep in stock location.
