Help identify this 30's truck cab

    This cab sits out in my brothers back 40. The data tag on the firewall reads: H-2-2-LR19284

    late 35 to 37 Dodge, possibly 38 too.

    In my experience most manufacturers used what they had when they had it with cabs, mostly this is true with the bigger trucks. Having said that it looks like late 35 or 36, its looks identical to my 36. 37 had a different firewall, dash and windshield.

    I dont think its a Dodge. Here is my Grandpa's 37 Dodge, the dash is different. The dodge doesnt have 3 equal holes in the center of the dash.

  7. I think the 35s did.

    Just checked. 35-36 Dodges did, heres a pic.

    You guys are right, its a '35 Dodge. Here is a picture of one.

    Maybe to help narrow it down even more, most 35s had suicide doors.

    The truck in this picture has a combo I have never seen before, "37" dash, "36" firewall, "36" windshield, and also a "37" grill and head lights. All this shows is trying to nail down an exact year is futile with these old cabs.:rolleyes:
