50 Olds 88 Coupe glass QUESTION ?????

Hello I got a 50 Olds 88 coupe, does any one know where I can get side glass for it ? does anybody know if the 50s chevys glass is the same ?

 

Side glass is flat. Get glass shop to cut some. Nothing like new glass! Chevy is the same.

What year front bumper do you have on the car? I ended up adapting a Chevy one piece repop cause my original was so bad.

 

I have a friend who works at a glass shop, he cut all new side glass for my 55 Rocket using the old glass as patterns. Now is the time to replace the old channel and felt while you have the glass out.

 

if you buy glass for a 50 Olds 88 Coupe you will be disappointed.

 

Like everyone else has said, have a glass shop cut it. It is all flat glass, and as long as you have glass to use as a pattern, this is no problem at all

If you do order glass through the mail...the picture is of a 2 dr sedan and not a coupe. JFYI

 

I used these guys for the glass in the 37 Buick, fit perfect. They say to have patterns to the 1920s so no pattern needed if yours are broken.
