  3. He is a really really good guy! Always there to help and guide you. He also GETS what a kustom is. Yeah a lot of people don't like his stuff, but he actually builds kustoms and not just another "bagged, chopped, done" type of car.

Here are a few. I have more but I would have to resize them down to 488kb.

Look for a really big interview with him in the next issue of Blacktop Graffiti. Really nice guy. It was quite a fun interview.

I've followed Larry's work for more than five years. His fabrications and
designs I feel lead traditional customs and rods everywhere. Examine his work you'll be taken with his attention to detail. He's a great guy to talk with. Look him up sometime.

Here's one. A couple of years ago Larry contributed to a Chicago street art prioject to promote refrigerator recycling. His of course looked like a hot rod.

This was the first one I saw him in at a carshow years ago! Now his shop is a couple blocks from where I work! His show at his shop is always a great one! I took my Ranchero there last year! I think I'm gonna join his Voodoo Minibike club this spring! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1361513754.397280.jpg

Larry told me the following on "Yakety Yak": It was a 1960 Chrysler Windsor, 4 door, shaved, nosed,de*cked, full bubble skirts, super low to the ground with no hydros or air shocks.....just cranked down tortion bars and 5" blocks in the rear,......it went trough 3 different looks in that time, the last look was flat white, with rose Pearl scallops.

We would really appreciate it if someone has pics or info of this car.thx ;)>

btw, digging the fridge rod... I kinda forgot about tht 1

I've got a couple pics of his 60 Chrysler or Desoto I took way back in the '80s. If I can get the scanner hooked up and working I'll post them!

  27. I had the pleasure of meeting Larry at the Flying Eyeball Reunion back in '04. He is a very nice guy, and very humble. He knows his stuff and has a ton of talent.

I'd even go as far to say that he is a "young gun" now and may not be very well known, but he has the potential to be one of the legends of our time. Kinda like the way that Dean, Barris and Hines, just to name a few, are the legends of our fathers' times.........E

I just saw the Olds with the flames at a car show in Louisiana 2 weeks ago. It says "Voo-Doo man" on the rear. I have a pic if I can get it posted.
