What's the age of HAMBERS that own pre 48 rides?

Just turned 34. I have a 29 Roadster, a 30 coupe and a 33 pickup...all Fords.

I'm 31. I have a 28 Chevy. Most of my cars are older than 48. When I was 27 I had two model A's. Sold them both.

 

I'm 46. I have a model T frame and front and rear suspension of unknown age. Also have a plastic roadster body. Does that count?

 

My D.O.B. is 1934. This was in 1964 and I'm still into cars and good car shows.

I'm 39 and working on a 1933 Ford Pickup that started in 2007

Interesting question; I'm '54 with a '32, but I've owned many, many pre-'48 cars and trucks since I was 15, so it's not a new thing for me.

I was the odd ball in high school that drove a '38 Ford Coupe, a '46 Chevy pickup and a '54 Chevy Bel-Air while everyone else had a Camaro, Nova, Chevelle or Mustang.

I've been noticing a lot of guys older than me are showing up at the local cruise-ins with newer or even new cars.

I'm 44 with a '31 Chevrolet and a '58 Belair. Before many OT's (mustangs 1968-1998 around 23 of them in 20 years). Having far more fun wtih the rusty tin!

 

I'm a 70 yrs old fart, and drive a 40 Pickup.

I'm 25 with 26 years of experience 40 ford coupe, couple 32s and a 31 roadster. Wish I'd got into my rods a hell of a lot sooner.

 

Apparantly I'm 61...drive my avatar...and building a 51 Chevy, A coupe, 55 handyman wagon..

 

I am 22 and I use to own a 1948 Dodge Deluxe Sedan

 

Soon to be 71 and have owned the '32 in my album since '58. Also have 30 A mordoor and '64 ranchero. Along the way have owned a few others, a couple of which wish I still had, as we all do!

 

72 Here, and too many projects to finish. 26 Ford lakes modified roadster, 31 Ford P/U
and a 68 Ford Country Sedan. With a little luck I'll live long enough to finish all three.

55/38. I'm thinking, and this may have been mentioned in the last 71 pages, that the younger guns were introduced to the old stuff by their dads. In fact it's often mentioned.
