We have been back in full swing on Tuesday nights. Here are some pictures of people learning and making things happening.
What a great deal. Erin looks like she has some good talent and is a quick learner. Thanks for doing this and I, like others, wish you were closer. Later, Dick
Is she gonna put a baffle or 2 in that tank? They're always a good idea. Had a Bronco tank w/out baffles. At stop lights with 1/4 to 3/4 full, the truck would rock back n forth from the splash. Never gave it much thought until that experience. Just sayin, and easy to add.
Sorry, I didn't post finished pictures of the tank. Yest it had three baffles, and she had been driving with it since spring of last year with out any issues. Now she is planing on taking on floors in her car. We have been averaging about four people every Tuesday either learning or working on personal projects. Thanks guys.
Thom, I will be back after I get a few shows done. I need to make a new rear push bar for the dragster.
What a great idea. I wish a shop in my area would do the same. Learning from other people and them learning from you is what hot rodding is all about. Hope you have many years of success.
More work from last night... Larry got some tips on lead work, new guy Rich, learned to tig and how to grind metal, Matt welded up his battery box and finished out nice. Gordon is turning an old heater box into a concealed stereo and hvac unit... Enjoy
this is a great service to the people out there, congrats on helping others to learn the craft and being able to have the resources locally to make it happen....i applaud you for this.....
Thanks for all the help you are providing to people . More should do things along these lines so our life style will live on. Great job.
This is such a good idea. I'd be willing to do the same out of my shop. Its the fear of lawsuits thats stopping me. The whole "sign a waver" thing doesn't mean they can't take you to court. Anyways, enough negativity. I love what your doing
Sorry I have not been keep this updated, but we are working every Tuesday night with about 4 - 6 people coming from a pretty good distance. I will post some pictures afterwards tonight. Here is a sample from last week. Fixing a transmission tunnel on a '39 Ford.
