    some updates:
at last have decided to sandblast the car....and it was a good move. A lot of small holes were there, but hidden by rust..so now body is clean and ready for some small work removing the holes.
Axle has been better centered in the rear wheelwells by moving the crossmember back one inch. Everything lines up.
Rear shock mounts have been done
rear panhard bar has been redone
now working on getting everything straight and nice...small finish work.
    pedals are being positioned...
    some pics of sandblasted car

Amazing transformation, now on to all the small work that still takes a lot of time.

Amazing work! You did the right thing by using the frame as a jig to get the body straightened.

Coming along very well. I sure could have used that rotisserie a few times.

You better carry a 'before' picture, because no one will believe what you started with.

Thanks to my friend Nuvolari, the body is getting in shape. Yesterday he shoot the initial primer coat, will block sand once more, and body is ready to be painted. Now it's time to do the front fenders, then doors and deck lid. Got the hub adapters for the Buick drums from my friend Bobby Walden, and at the GNRS trip got some more little stuff. In a month or so car will be painted...black of course...
    Here are some pics
