Basically I am your average long haired hippy car guy. LOL I have been playing with cars since I was young. My step dad taught me how to work on them so he didnt have too... . I am a Ford guy by grace but have always had respect for the other Classic American Cars. I have worked for years as a mechanic until recently when I injured my neck. I have also worked as the announcer at Tulsa Raceway Park for the Midnight drags. Now I am trying to find out what I want to do with my life. I am also involved with the Oklahoma MS Society. I am looking forward to learning many things on here as I have also learned on the Pond. I am also currently a member of The Bent Wrench Car Club in Tulsa. Bobo
T-Town Bob! Ever been on 'the wrong side of the tracks'? Mark an Mary's? Starship Records and tapes? Welcome aboard! Is Gene Carter still kickin'?
....Nice intro and welcome to the Hamb.....you should list intro's in the new member form....you get better response
I grew up on the Sand Springs line so that is pretty close to the wrong side of the tracks. LOL I was in Starship last week. Thanks for welcome and Gene is still running that insane Vette that he has. BTW Its Bobo like the clown.. LOL . I got the nickname at the drag strip because I use to talk a lot of smack when I was announcing at the midnights. LOL Bobo Not really sure where Mark and Mary's is at
Sands Springs? Bad Po-lice around them parts. We used to go over to Oakhurst on foot and look at cars at the salvage yards and 'hoods. Circa 1984/85. Did the drags too at that time. In this here ride!
Hey! Bobo is a cool dude, and knows his stuff when it comes to those pesky FE's. I had to pester him a few times when I was working on the Marauder. Go join the Okiehambers, I'm sure you'll know a lot of the fellas on there already. Nice to see ya on here!
