With some of the stuff I've collected over the years I figure I may need to start uncollecting and down size.

I sold some stuff on ebay a while back which kinder helped but mostly it was the small stuff.

One sale of something big and you notice the space that you free up.
Similarly, with collecting stuff, if they are larger items, next thing you know you got no place to work on stuff.

40 ford clocks, gauge clusters and dashes. Have way more than I can ever use but still keep buying them--must be nuts.

alum intakes and carbs. I have 3 intakes and 5- 4bbl carbs all for one car. they are at least different cfm , brand or style. I also have enough parts to build 3 complete engines for my AMX so I guess engines are also my weakness.

  15. i collect alot of stuff used to collect more when i had a better paying job but now.. i buy small parts for cars that i dont have but would love to own that find at swap meets for under 10.00 or so parts like hood ornaments, headlight/tailight bezels grilles and other stuff

the prizes of my small parts colection are the grille bezel from a58 edsel, the grille from a 55 chevy the driver side corner of a 57 chevy front bumper and apair of 40 ford tailight bezels

  16. G'day all, I guess my main obsession is Chevy V8's and trim parts. I honestly don't know how many engine blocks I have. We have had to start keeping them in van bodies. Both small block and big block. From 1955 265 to 2002 8.1 and everything in between.

I also have a thing for ram style intakes including several different cross rams for small block and big block and even 3 sy1 smokey rams. One of the sy1's has never been used and came from the Smokey Yunick estate auction. Told my wife she would have to bury me with that one.

I've ended up with a stack of 32 fenders collected over the years, which is odd since I don't run fenders on any of my cars. I guess if it fits a 32 Ford, I collect it. or Model A.. or 33 thru 36..

A few months ago I wanted a 36-38 Buick 6 bolt trans that has been machined to accept a Ford torque tube.
I now have 4 of them and I don't now why. I know I only need one. And I'm still looking for more!!

Large logo 97's. Not sure why I like them. I actually just collect the parts and pieces that I see at shows.
