Something new is in the works for under the hood this year. I'll post something about it soon. ;)

T, Thanks for the video link.
Congrats to the producers of that for a real nice interesting show.
(It don't hurt that our 608 was in it twice, too:D)

  11. Here is hoping our pals with the Flower of Scotland reach their goals this year. Rick and crew have had their share of bad luck.

  12. It will be good to see them out there again this year, i was wondering if they would make it again.

  14. Rick also bought a lakester from sakowskis to rebuild just in case he cant ship the Flower over here. Plan is to keep the lakester Stateside. I told him to lay off the XO records until I can attack them!:p

  22. Tim, also need the cage tube diameter..................got another wild hair!

  23. Trust me when I say it is pretty wild sounding.

  24. 1 5/8" What have you got going now?

  25. Just like on my A thread your pix come up red Xs.

  26. New engine coming together! Film at eleven! (well maybe in a few weeks anyway :p)

  27. Engine porn!

  28. Tim, I'm just found this thread today (even a blind pig finds a walnut once in awhile), anyway, that's a very cool truck. I'm probably a little late for your new engine build, but I work at CP Pistons and Carrillo Rods. I only caught the ancient TRW/Speed Pro 307 pistons with presumably 5/64 rings that you have in the 301 from 2011. I am positive I can help in the HP dept. and would like to do so next time you need pistons etc.
I don't have any idea of the parts list in your new engine, as I haven't found the build info, but we make some pretty trick stuff so maybe we can help out in the future. I also know an excellent cyl. head/int. Manifold guy you may want to talk to.
