Did you finally get your project on the road in 2012?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by HOTRODPRIMER, Jan 2, 2013.

  1. I realize Ryan posted a what's your favorite car from 2012 but this thread is for everyone that was finally able to drive that static piece of art that has been in the garage way too long.

By now I'm sure your all sick of seeing the "Ranch Wagon" but after 9 long years was a driver in 2012,, HRP

No pics with me at work, but finally got my 57 chevy 2door hardtop 210 on the road this year. Bought it in 4th grade, a mere 23 years ago! between money, school and moving around it finally got done, no bolt left unturned.

  3. Almost, well I did drive around the neighborhood some, but my rear brakes started dealing me a fit a while back.

    No.

But cool to see that you did. Nine years . . . sounds about right.

Thought i would add a pic given to me by the guy who bought it in Colorodo.
It was pretty complete except the headlihts, the rest of the parts were inside the car.

Nope. Probably going to sell off all of the parts, ditch the storage unit, and pay off some medical bills.
