Best way to get it up - the driveway.

This cant get done in 14 pages?

 

A simple roller coaster chain embeded in the driveway .
You'd have to build some roller coaster cars too though.
The kids would love to ride a coaster to the bus and you could charge for rides from the neighborhood to cover the costs.

 

Cog wheel, thats the answer. Just like the old mountain railroads, just hook it on when you want to ascend the summit. Trench out the driveway and you are good to go.

Really coincided the tugboat idea previously mentioned

 

A perhaps a small canal along side the drive with a lock.
The river in the back might be too much.
With the small canal you could use a hippopotamus to pull the car up.

Don't laugh hippos have been used before

Take advantage of the beautifully scenery and use a ski chair lift .
Think about it, skyline ride in summer, skiing in winter , and a car in the garage outer when ever you need it .

 

Now idk about pasta , but lasagna would be awsome

 

Perhaps a team a husky snow dogs would be easier
