So, I finally got the car back home to where I can continue Fab and paint.. I cut the hood in half to make it a one piece hood with no seam, and I quickly realized I have short ass arms. I can't reach the whole seam to dolly it out! Aint that a bitch when you want to get work done and you have to wait for a friend just to hold a dolly!!! :) However, I'm like a kid in a candy store now that i'm back out here with my car!

Before It Got there, I started with the hood. I wanted to make it a one piece, but I also did NOT want a seam when the hood was opened, so i cut it in half and got rid of the seam. Unfortunately, I don't have any pics of the hood welded back up yet, I need someone to help dolly before metal finishing..

Then, It was on to the bumpers. I've been excited to get going on these, especially the rear beings i've collected 4 or 5 bumpers I planned on using to make one out of .. here is a few pics, but i'm still currently working on it. The front bump will come later once I get the whole front end fit and finished.

Obviously, its no where near finished so there is a lot of tweaking and enhancing to do yet, but its a good start.

Now, I've been working on Panel Alignment and getting the rest of the rust and welding on the body taken care of so I can Get the front end mounted where it really needs to be.

Pretty safe to say I should have tossed this fender. It was like cottage cheese when I pulled the inches of mud off it to begin with. Sometimes having $Zero Is a real pain in the ass, but you tend to learn more that way! :)
