  2. Love it!!! Does the dog approve? So, you have two roadsters and a coupe?? Poor guy, the decisions must be killing you, ha ha. Enjoy!!! And, Merry Christmas. Tim

I see the 36 has the shorter top like a US car has and the 35 has the longer top on it. Both look like good projects. I like the heads and intake too.

Why is that? The one looks like it has the 5 window dimension, 4" from top of deck lid to belt line. Didn't know there was a short and a long top? I would like to see a long top from a side view with top up...................

Whoa whoa whoa!!! I love the '36 but where's the Jack Henry come from? Is it one of the recent repops or a gennie? So cool....

I'd cut my right arm off for one.....but then I'd need an automatic trans too. :)

I'm somewhat in the process of casting my own intake based off the Jack Henry. Not exactly the same design but a similar concept using original early ford intakes as the base. But that's only because I can't get a gennie JH.

Short top is far more atractive in my opinion. Better proportions especially, if you plan on chopping your car.

I have to agree BUT since mine is a wannabe with no rules, and I have 13" back there to play with. I like options!

I never knew there were Australian Roadsters, I can understand why you wanted an American body, far better lines IMO. Good luck with the project. Bob

In my opinion the 36 roadster has the best lines of any car ever built. Good luck on the build keep us posted.

I finished my roadster about 5 years ago. Good to see another roadster coming back to life. Please keep the pictures coming.

    Hi stocked 36
I too have a 36 ford but it's a 5W coupe been rusting outside the shed since 1989
will start the build as soon as my new shed is up sometime in the next twelve months
Just moved to the cold and wet north west of Tassie. Where are you situated??
Do you have any small front triangle shaped inner splash guard panels you may not need
they fit between the head light support brace and the front horn grill panel
    1 x l/h and 1 x R/h
Keep the photo's coming Am very interested in this build
    Thanks emma351

Subscribed. You are building my dream car. Tried to buy a few roadsters out here in Aus but always went beyond my budget. Hence building my pheaton. Looking forward to the build.

Would love the 35 roadster, but with my 36 phaeton, model a roadster pickup and XP falcon wagon projects, the budget is taking a hit. Unless you make me an offer I can't refuse.

There are still a few '36 Roadster hidden in barns...I found mine last year, sitting for 30 years with a 392 Hemi stuffed in between the frame rails.
