Hey Everyone! I'm the new girl around here...

    I got on the HAMB to hopefully meet/chat with other hot rod/car people like me and also to get advice on my '57 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser. I'm a broke college student but I really want to get her started. Right now she's just sitting at a friends house and everyone I ask to help me get her started wants massive amounts of money. She was running when she was left to sit about 15 years ago and the engine and tranny are all there. I really don't think it would take much, but I don't have the expertise, tools, and have no idea where to start!:eek: But I'd like to get something done on it at least once of month. Hopefully you guys can lead me in the right direction.:p Look forward to chatting with some of you. Jess
    P.S. How do you post pics up here? Do you need a photobucket or something?

    A photobucket (or similar) account would definitely allow you to link pictures here. Otherwise, follow Fairlane Mike's recommendation for attaching photos. If you don't see that link, the HAMB *may* require a certain number of posts before people are allowed to attach images to a post. Not really sure about that, though.
