supercharger guys...got a question

    if i was to use a newer style eaton supercharger like this one....[​IMG]


    could i run a weber carburator where the throttle body would be? or are these style blowers only meant to accept air flow????

    Try it and lets us know how it works. I would guess it is designed to handle air may not be sealed for fuel.

    well i dont own one just yet. i was thinking about buying one of these eatons verses lets say the faithful 671 roots style because you can pickup these eatons on ebay for around $500. the 671 is more like $1500 on a good day.

    the question just poped into my head about the fuel entry point and figured i would ask before i buy

    That would work fine. All roots type blowers are the same. Ford did this intake tub so it would fit under the hood. The throttle body has butter flies just like the weber carbs.

    It won't work for more than a day..well at least that's what I was told 2 years ago. Mine works just fine...see avatar..
